Classification of polishing machines

According to the power source, there are two types: pneumatic and electric. Pneumatic polishing is safer, but requires an air source; electric polishing easily solves the power supply problem, but electrical safety must be strictly observed.

According to function, there are two types: dual-function industrial grinding/polishing machines and simple polishing machines. Dual-function industrial grinding/polishing machines can be fitted with grinding wheels to grind metal materials and can also be fitted with polishing discs for car paint protection. This machine is relatively heavy, weighing 2-3 kg, but it works very smoothly and is not easily damaged. The speed of this type of machine is adjustable, making it suitable for professional beauty care personnel. Simple polishing machines are actually drilling machines; they are small in size, the speed is not adjustable, and it is difficult to maintain balance during use; professional beauty care personnel generally do not use this type of machine.

According to speed, there are three types: high-speed polishing machines, medium-speed polishing machines, and low-speed polishing machines. High-speed polishing machines have an adjustable speed of 1750-3000 r/min; medium-speed polishing machines have an adjustable speed of 1200-1600 r/min; low-speed polishing machines have a fixed speed of 1200 r/min.
