SRD PM is a series of powdercoating which are made of durable polyester and Primid hardener and other necessary pigment filler and special agents. These products are thermosetting powdercoating with process of melting extrusion and milling which can offer excellent physical chemical and decorative properties.
SRD PM can be customized with different curing temperature(150ºC~200ºC),different pattern(smooth finish,texture,hammertone),different gloss levels(20%~95%).

Normal curing film thickness is about 60~80um and thickness of texture finish varies according to different pattern. Pinhole or wrong pattern will happen if film thickness has big gap with standard.
Test data below was tested in lab at the base of standard substrate and pretreatment and may have some difference with what can be obtained at customer's line. Just for reference.
These series of products are not recommended for thick film thickness because some water will come out when reaction

A coating method for flat materials that applies powder with a roller, enabling relatively high speeds and accurate layer thickness between 5 and 100 micrometres. The base for this process is conventional copier technology. It is currently in use in some coating applications and looks promising for commercial powder coating on flat substrates (steel, aluminium, MDF, paper, board) as well as in sheet to sheet and/or roll to roll processes. This process can potentially be integrated in an existing coating line.

Sometimes a powder coating is applied during a fluidized bed application. Preheated parts are dipped in a hopper of fluidizing powder and the coating melts, and flows out on the part. Post cure may be needed depending on the mass and temperature of the part and the type of powder used. No matter which application process is utilized, powder coatings are easy to use, environmentally friendly, cost effective, and tough!
