Product Description

Medium Thickness PE Surface Protection Film is stable, easy to tear and stick, convenient to use, and leaves no residue. Mainly used for surface protection of stainless steel mirror panels and various smooth plastic sheets (sheets), such as PVC, PET, PC, PMMA sheets, which are not damaged during transportation, storage, and mold processing.
Medium and low viscosity protective film Peeling strength (30-50g/cm), elongation rate (›400), stable adhesion, good adhesion, excellent re-off function, no glue residue. Suitable for furniture Polaroid board, stainless steel board, ceramic tile, marble, artificial stone, etc.
Heavy Duty: ~60-100 µm - Used for long-term outdoor storage, heavy fabrication, and export shipping.

Application field

Hardware industry:

It is used to protect the surfaces of hardware products such as computer cases, galvanized sheet stamping, aluminum sheets, stainless steel sheets, titanium gold sheets, and plastic steel sheets, preventing them from being scratched or worn during transportation and storage.

Plastic industry:

Suitable for surface protection of plastic products such as ABS and PP injection molded products, PVC sheets, acrylic sheets, instruments, plastic lenses, etc., to prevent contamination or scratches during processing, transportation and storage.
