Chemical stability and physical properties

Chemical resistance: PE film has excellent resistance to acid, alkali and salt aqueous solutions, but it should be avoided to be soaked in strong alkaline detergents for a long time.

Physical properties

Tensile strength: The tensile strength of HDPE (high-density polyethylene) film is significantly better than that of LDPE (low-density polyethylene), making it suitable for high-strength packaging requirements.

Flexibility: LDPE film has a large elongation rate, but it is prone to wrinkling. LLDPE (Linear low-density polyethylene) film can reduce its thickness by 20% to 25% under the same strength and has a lower cost.

Heat sealing property: LDPE films have excellent heat adhesion and low-temperature heat sealing properties, and are often used as the bonding layer of composite films.
